your tasks

• Competent handling of customer contact via telephone and e-mail.
• Independent processing and professional follow-up of complaints.
• Handling compliance tasks, including the registration of specific products.
• Managing administrative correspondence and overseeing insurance matters.
• Creating and maintaining work and holiday schedules as well as supporting payroll accounting.
  

your skills

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification; motivated career changers with relevant experience are also warmly welcome.
• Solid professional experience in backoffice, administration or general office management.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is a welcome advantage.
• Structured, independent and reliable working style combined with a strong affinity for regulatory topics.
• A team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with great enjoyment of customer contact.
