Your Tasks
In the accounts payable department, you are responsible for the financial processing of service claims and credits from our suppliers. By correctly and promptly processing supplier invoices, you form the basis for our financial accounting and cost accounting.
With centralized control, ongoing digitization, and automation of processes, you contribute to an efficient workflow and a contemporary perception of the Concara Group.
Your main tasks include: Recording and managing supplier master data, Recording and posting supplier invoices, Ongoing monitoring of the accounts payable workflow, Active accounts payable management (payments, credits, coordination, etc.)
Your Profile
- Commercial training
- Experience in accounts payable or financial accounting
- Windows Office skills (especially Excel)
- Abacus experience is an advantage
- Independent and resilient
- Flexible personality
- Team player
- Interest in accounting and bookkeeping
- Enjoyment of digital transformation and development
