For a leading industrial company operating in the luxury sector, we are looking for a Workstation / VDI Administrator (M/F) within the Information Systems division.
In a demanding and highly digitalised environment, you are responsible for the management, development and support of desktop virtualisation platforms as well as mobility solutions.
You contribute to ensuring an optimal, secure and high-performance user experience for all employees.
Job Description
- Administer and develop client workstation virtualisation platforms (VMware Horizon).
- Manage terminal management environments (Workspace ONE / MDM).
- Ensure administration and support of virtualised client workstations (VDI) as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Lead and optimise application distribution across different user environments.
- Handle complex incidents (level 3) and ensure their resolution in coordination with internal teams and partners.
- Conduct regular audits of the fleet (usage, performance, capacity) and propose areas for improvement.
- Maintain proactive technological watch to evolve existing solutions.
- Participate in projects for the evolution and transformation of user environments (digital workplace, mobility, security).
- Document processes, standards and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent training.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in administering virtualised client workstation environments, ideally with VMware Horizon.
- Good command of MDM / EMM solutions, notably Workspace ONE.
- Strong skills in managing VDI environments and mobile terminals.
- Ability to handle complex issues autonomously and rigorously.
- Technical versatility and strong adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
- Good level of English (technical and professional).
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and quality orientation.
- Organisation, rigour and good management of priorities and stress.
