Introduction

For a renowned institution in Eastern Switzerland, we are seeking on behalf of our client a committed and strong leadership personality as Senior Physician. In this responsible role, you will take on both medical and organisational tasks and actively contribute to the further development of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Medical care and treatment of patients at a high professional level
• Professional leadership, support and further development of the medical team
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and departments
• Co-design and optimisation of treatment processes and quality standards
• Participation in projects to further develop medical care
• Support in the training and education of assistant physicians and other staff

Profile

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (FMH or equivalently recognised)
• Several years of clinical professional experience
• Leadership experience advantageous or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, independent and patient-oriented working style
• Interest in the further development of medical processes and quality standards
