Your tasks
- Responsibility for professional care quality and compliance, review and development of working methods and quality standards
- Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, adjustment and documentation of the care process
- Leadership and support of a care team
- Deputising during the absence of the Head of Care and Support
- Special tasks in the context of the new opening of the facility
Your profile
- Mandatory completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Enjoyment in building up a new facility
- RAI knowledge desirable
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team
