- You independently carry out service orders, new construction projects, and renovation measures
- You are also actively involved in selling additional services to customers when suitable opportunities arise
- You conduct the building acceptance and commissioning of the objects and ensure a smooth handover
- You ensure that all installation specifications regarding deadlines and timing are adhered to as planned
- You oversee the handover of the project to the customers and ensure their satisfaction
- You lead and coordinate temporary staff and ensure efficient teamwork
- You pay attention to precise and exact execution of installation work
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in the fields of metal, wood, or structural engineering
- You have already gained experience in a similar position and can draw on sound expertise
- You hold a category B driving licence, ideally also category BE
- Your working style is independent, flexible, and always solution-oriented
- Working in a team comes easily to you, and you are characterised by good negotiation skills and strong closing ability for additional services
- You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written
