Our client is an established company in the field of long-term care and operates several residences in Switzerland, which are focused on individual and dignified care of elderly people. At the Murten location, the institution offers a modern environment where quality of life and personal attention to residents are central. To strengthen the team, we are immediately seeking a committed individual as a qualified nurse HF / FH (40-80%).

- Ensuring individual and holistic resident care - Promoting and maintaining existing abilities of residents - Involving residents in nursing decisions - Maintaining empathetic communication with relatives and key persons - Providing professional care in complex nursing situations - Taking on the role of a competent contact person

- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or health specialist EFZ - Alternatively, an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland - Experience in professional care of complex nursing situations - Empathetic, appreciative and resident-centred attitude - Great heart for elderly people - Very good German skills for communication within the team - Ability to work independently within a team
