Train Attendant (Career Changer)

What you can achieve with us

• You will be the host on our trains
• Ensuring a comprehensive presence and high-quality guest service before, during and after the journey
• Checking tickets and conducting spot checks in regional traffic
• Selling additional offers
• Providing customer information in normal and disruption situations
• Willingness to participate in job-related projects
• Preparing the passenger trains together with the driver
• Checking various technical and customer-relevant facilities

The experience you bring

• Completed vocational training and willingness to complete the training to become a train attendant ZSTEBV
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the service sector
• High service and intercultural skills
• Articulate, courteous and communicative host
• Very good German skills (native or C2), good English skills (B1) and preferably further good foreign language skills (A2)
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Responsibility, independence and good team and conflict management skills
