As Project Manager Civil Engineering / District Heating Network Construction, you take on the technical, scheduling, and economic management of demanding projects across all SIA phases. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, support clients and partners, and ensure the successful implementation of technically demanding civil engineering and district heating projects.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility as Project Manager across all SIA phases in the areas of civil engineering and district heating network construction
Coordination and collaboration with project engineers, site managers, and drafters
Ensuring the content-related, scheduling, and economic project goals
Guaranteeing the technical-professional quality and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
Support, advice, and coordination of clients and external project partners
Transparent communication and active networking within the projects
Support in the further development of the civil engineering/district heating department
Participation in the acquisition of new clients and projects
Technical contact person for clients and internal project teams
Qualifications:
Completed studies in civil engineering ETH/FH or training in civil engineering planning HF
Practical professional experience in the field of civil engineering and/or district heating
Experience in leading and successfully managing project teams
Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and technical fundamentals
Experience in client acquisition is an advantage
Existing client network in the Aargau - Limmattal region is an advantage
Team-oriented, open, and solution-focused personality
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as structured and careful working style
Confident appearance, high communication skills, and pronounced quality awareness
