Quality Controller – Precision Components (M/F)

Your mission:

Do you come from quality control, watchmaking, microtechnology, electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, optics, jewellery, or any demanding industrial environment, and are you known for your attention to detail and rigour?
We are looking for Quality Controllers to ensure the conformity of high-precision watch components within an environment where excellence is a priority.

• Perform aesthetic and dimensional inspection of watch components.
• Conduct final inspection and quality audits according to defined criteria.
• Handle very small parts with precision.
• Ensure computerised tracking of inspections carried out.

Your profile:

• Training in quality control and/or significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional inspection, ideally of watch components
• Experience in a regulated industrial environment highly appreciated
• Availability for 2x8 shift work – team work
• Excellent visual acuity and great dexterity.
• Mastery of aesthetic and dimensional inspection methods according to a quality reference
• Comfortable with IT tools (knowledge of SAP: an asset)
• Ability to read simple plans and apply procedures
