This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the heart of it: In direct exchange with customers and our advisors, you answer written and telephone enquiries about life insurance from Western and German-speaking Switzerland and find suitable solutions.
- From application processing to contract amendments, you handle business transactions in new and existing life insurance business.
- You review incoming enquiries, prioritise them, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
- You carefully implement compliance requirements regarding AIA, FATCA, AML, sanctions checks, and qualified life insurance policies.
- As a reliable support for the Life Competence Centre, you take on administrative tasks and document business transactions transparently.
- You are an important contributor to the further development of our business processes.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: Your several years of experience in life insurance, back office, or customer service help you quickly familiarise yourself with the tasks.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the insurance sector, and have already obtained the VBV certificate.

- You are proficient in German and French; additional languages are a plus.
- You work carefully and reliably with regulatory requirements and digital systems.
- The icing on the cake: You know MSG Life Factory, have experience with compliance topics, and enjoy developing processes further.
