Your mission:

• Provide care adapted to the needs of residents and promote their daily autonomy
• Monitor care management and participate in continuity of care
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and partners in the health network
• Ability to manage your visits independently
• Be attentive to the needs of the elderly person
• Actively participate in exchanges within the multidisciplinary team
• Take part in the continuous improvement of services and various service projects

Your profile

• State-recognised nursing or care assistant diplomas
  
• Previous experience in home care is an asset
• Autonomous, reliable and organised person, attentive with a good team spirit
• Comfortable in diverse situations and able to exercise discernment
• Excellent human and interpersonal qualities and very good adaptability
• Sense of responsibility while ensuring optimal care independently
• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential
