Responsibilities:
- Management of rental properties, including rental contract management and tenant communication
- Support in carrying out letting activities and processes
- Coordination of maintenance work and management of service providers
- Handling administrative tasks in property management
- Support in the preparation of reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Commercial training, preferably with a professional certificate
- Experience or training in real estate or property management
- Knowledge in managing rental properties and rental contract law
- Organisational talent and ability to coordinate maintenance work
- Confident handling of administrative tasks and office software
