About the job

As part of the IT and business process team, you are not only responsible for the design, development, and operation of our independent ICT infrastructure, but also work with external service providers on various collaboration platforms for customers and partners. In addition, our team is responsible for the middleware of our customer platform.

Your Tasks

You perfectly complement our current system engineer team and support all system engineering questions as well as the operation of our developed services
You help us successfully continue our journey to the cloud
Lead and/or participate in technical projects
Analyse disruptions and error states, initiate and monitor measures and their resolution
Take responsibility as product owner for certain services

Our Requirements

Very good knowledge of the Windows operating system
Ideally also knowledge of iOS
Excellent experience in designing and implementing cloud services, especially Azure, MS Endpoint Manager (Intune), MS Teams and Exchange Online, preferably with certification
Proficiency in handling various products such as MediaCockpit, Lobster_Data, our private cloud, NetSupport Notify, PRTG Network Monitor, etc.
Experience in Powershell or other programming languages
Three to five years of experience as a system engineer
You are a team player, customer-oriented and enjoy customer service
You are enthusiastic about Microsoft 365 services and also about products from other manufacturers
You like to take responsibility and strive for personal technical development
You are curious and motivated to constantly learn new things
You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support
You appreciate a dynamic environment and keep an overview even in hectic situations
