• As a central hub, you coordinate all project activities and connect different departments.
• Together with internal and external specialists, you develop an innovative guest experience centred around health, nutrition, and enjoyment.
• You bring the gastronomy and health concept to life operationally and contribute to its continuous development.
• From tastings to team training to the pre-opening phase, you ensure a professional and inspiring implementation.
• You always keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure a successful start of operations.

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the hotel, gastronomy, or food & beverage sector.
• Experience in project management, new openings, or implementing innovative concepts.
• Passion for modern nutrition, health, hospitality, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills as well as confident demeanour towards various stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the necessary flexibility for a dynamic development phase.
