Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of interior construction and customised manufacturing solutions. With high expertise and modern production methods, demanding projects for private and business customers are implemented. Quality, precision, and a customer-oriented approach are central to this.
Role:
In this role, you are responsible for preparing calculations, monthly reports, and profitability analyses, providing a solid basis for decision-making for management. You further develop controlling processes, identify optimisation potentials, and actively contribute your knowledge to cross-departmental projects. For this, you have a commercial education with further training in finance or controlling, several years of professional experience, a strong numerical understanding, and solid Excel skills. You work independently, communicate clearly, and operate in an environment that values support, appreciation, stability, open communication, trust, and lived team spirit. Responsibilities:
- You prepare and analyse preliminary and final calculations as well as contribution margin analyses
- In this role, you prepare monthly reports, key figures, statistics, and decision-making bases for management
- As a controller for finance and processes, you conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations
- You monitor and further develop controlling processes and systems
- In this role, you identify optimisation potentials and accompany corresponding measures
- As a controller for finance and processes, you support management with analyses, projects, and special tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education with further training in controlling, finance, business administration, or a comparable field
- You have professional experience in controlling or a comparable analytical function
- You are characterised by a strong numerical understanding as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- You have very good Excel skills and ideally good ERP knowledge
- You work independently, structured, and reliably and gladly take on responsibility
- You communicate clearly, are solution-oriented, and collaborate with various departments and management
