Role:
The company is the central holding company of an internationally active, family-run technology group with a broadly diversified portfolio.
At the centre of the holding company are overarching functions such as finance and accounting, human resources, IT, legal, compliance, communication, and organisation. Employees thus work on topics with international reach and are in close contact with various companies and specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
You actively support the further development and harmonisation of controlling processes, systems, and instruments within the entire group.
You are the contact person for all matters relating to the investment process.
You take over the investment controlling and work closely with the subsidiaries.
You are available as a competent partner to the commercial managers of the subsidiaries at home and abroad for all controlling concerns.
You accompany and coordinate the entire financial planning process and manage the associated planning system.
You conduct variance analyses and use benchmarking to further optimise controlling.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in economics or business administration from a university or university of applied sciences.
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling in an internationally oriented company or an auditing firm.
You possess excellent IT skills, especially in the use of BI tools.
Your working style is structured, independent, and you have a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You think both analytically and conceptually and always work goal-oriented.
Your English skills are very good, and you have very good German skills.
