Assista Legal Protection Ltd is a company of the Touring Club Suisse and one of the leading legal protection insurers. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our insured clients in private legal protection, traffic, property, travel, business, and the internet.

For our Legal Service in Geneva, we wish to immediately or by agreement recruit a legal counsel or lawyer at 80%.

Your challenges:

• You defend the interests of our insured clients in various legal fields, including insurance law, contract law, civil liability, and road traffic law.
• You manage assigned mandates independently and maintain frequent contact with our insured clients, authorities, and insurance companies.

What you bring:

• You have a solid academic background in Swiss law (the Swiss lawyer’s certificate is an advantage) and have initial professional experience within a law firm, an insurance company, or an administration.
• You demonstrate initiative, work with rigour, speed, and independently. You are very comfortable in interpersonal contacts.
• You are proficient in French, have good knowledge of German (other languages are an asset).
