Your role:

Within the FM team, ensure the maintenance, monitoring and execution of electrical work on the Institute’s sites, while providing occasional technical support to the Management service, with a view to optimising internal resources.

Your main responsibilities:

• Carrying out installation, renovation and electrical compliance work.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.
• Technical support during space fittings or renovations.
• Ensuring compliance with current electrical safety standards.
• Monitoring interventions and external electrical contractors.
• Participating in work planning.
• Implementing safety procedures during interventions.
• Participating in regulatory inspections and technical audits.
• Occasional interventions on residential electrical installations.
• Coordinating with the FM manager to prioritise needs.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams and site managers.
• Writing intervention reports and tracking requests via internal tools.
• Proposing technical improvements and cost optimisations.

To succeed in this role you will need to:

• Electrician Fitter CFC or Electrician Installer CFC
• Minimum 7 years with responsibility and/or site or project management
• Specialisation articles 13 and 15 OIBT
• Understanding of technical plans and diagrams
• Good knowledge of NIBT standards
• Driving licence B
• Sense of responsibility and organisation
• Autonomy and initiative
