Your role:
Within the FM team, ensure the maintenance, monitoring and execution of electrical work on the Institute’s sites, while providing occasional technical support to the Management service, with a view to optimising internal resources.
Your main responsibilities:
- Carrying out installation, renovation and electrical compliance work.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.
- Technical support during space fittings or renovations.
- Ensuring compliance with current electrical safety standards.
- Monitoring interventions and external electrical contractors.
- Participating in work planning.
- Implementing safety procedures during interventions.
- Participating in regulatory inspections and technical audits.
- Occasional interventions on residential electrical installations.
- Coordinating with the FM manager to prioritise needs.
- Collaborating with maintenance teams and site managers.
- Writing intervention reports and tracking requests via internal tools.
- Proposing technical improvements and cost optimisations.
To succeed in this role you will need to:
- Electrician Fitter CFC or Electrician Installer CFC
- Minimum 7 years with responsibility and/or site or project management
- Specialisation articles 13 and 15 OIBT
- Understanding of technical plans and diagrams
- Good knowledge of NIBT standards
- Driving licence B
- Sense of responsibility and organisation
- Autonomy and initiative
