What the professional everyday life looks like

• Caring for patients in the zonal model on the ward with around 40 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Adequate delegation of nursing tasks in patient-centred care
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of 30 employees
• Responsible for the nursing process in the primary nursing model according to WZW criteria
• Shifts preferably in late and night duty

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a registered nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Ideally: Experience in an acute care facility with a focus on internal medicine
• Very welcome: High patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Also: cheerful, creative team player qualities
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine with an interest in shaping it
