Field Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Technical support of field service teams in the connection, maintenance, and restoration of alarm communication solutions.
Investigation of fault situations within transmission components, control centres, and associated platforms.
Interface function to manufacturers, service providers, and other stakeholders on technical issues.
Planning, execution, and evaluation of functional tests on individual components as well as the entire infrastructure.
Creation and updating of knowledge documents as well as conveying technical content within the framework of training and projects.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with a focus on ICT, electronics, or electrical engineering.
Additional qualification as a technician HF in telematics, communications engineering, computer science, or a comparable field is desirable.
Several years of professional experience in network communication, technical service, and commissioning of complex systems.
Strong diagnostic skills, reliable working style, and enjoyment of varied technical tasks.
Business fluent German and French, both spoken and written, with one of the two languages required at native level.
