Job Description
As a Sales Specialist Business Development (w | m | d), you support our growth by addressing new and existing customers in the B2B environment, qualifying leads, and working closely with our field sales team. Your tasks include:
- Active telephone contact in the B2B environment
- Telephone and email acquisition of new and existing customers
- Systematic telephone contact of defined customer groups
- Qualification of leads and appointment scheduling including tour planning support for the field sales team
- Support of the field sales team through close coordination and information sharing
- Maintenance and updating of customer master data in the CRM system
- Comprehensive documentation of all sales activities
- Deputizing for scheduling technician deployments
Qualifications
For this role as Sales Specialist Business Development (w|m|d), we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Completed commercial training, business studies, or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German and French language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in telephone acquisition, inside sales, or call center is an advantage
- Confident, convincing, and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of active customer contact
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office
- Careful and precise work in data maintenance
- Team player and close collaboration with the field sales team
