Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 metres altitude, the Pôle Santé Pays-d’Enhaut offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, elderly care support, as well as home care. For its Home Care Sector, the Pôle Santé du Pays-d’Enhaut is looking for a:
Mental Health Nurse Specialist (50–70%)
Start date: 1 December 2026
Primarily attached to the home care sector, you will also be required to carry out occasional assignments within the accommodation and hospital sectors.
Your mission:
- Assess needs, develop and adapt care plans according to the evolution of the situation
- Provide medical-technical nursing care and actively contribute to team dynamics
- Participate in B13 follow-ups in collaboration with the relevant professionals
- Ensure appropriate care for people of all ages, in collaboration with their relatives
- Guarantee rigorous transmission and documentation of information necessary for case follow-up
- Promote home care and support the autonomy of beneficiaries
- Participate, in a multidisciplinary manner, in the organisation and monitoring of the care plan defined with the client
Your profile:
- Bachelor HES-SO in nursing or diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- CAS in mental health or equivalent training;
- 2 years’ experience in the psychiatric field
- Listening skills, autonomy and ability to manage complex situations
- Proactivity and ease in networking
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Knowledge of home care: an asset
