What Awaits You

As a pension and mortgage specialist, you will accompany our clients in important financial decisions. With your expertise, you develop suitable solutions in the areas of private and occupational pension provision, home financing, and at the same time strengthen our insurance and pension advisors in client consultations.

Your Impact with Us

The focus of your work is the holistic advice of our clients in the areas of pension provision and home financing. You create individual pension and financing solutions and also advise corporate clients on occupational pension matters.

From the initial needs analysis to the successful conclusion, you personally and reliably accompany your clients. At the same time, you support our insurance and pension advisors as a competent specialist, thereby creating the foundation for convincing advisory experiences.

Together with the sales team, you develop the pension and mortgage business of the general agency further. In doing so, you ensure professional market development as well as compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Your Profile

• Completed banking or insurance apprenticeship, supplemented by further training as a financial planner with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in pension advice and/or mortgage business
• Independent, reliable and entrepreneurial way of working
• Communicative and engaging personality with a strong team orientation
• Very good German and French skills, additional languages are an advantage

Your workplace is centrally located in Biel. The workload is 80–100%. The position starts on 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
