Digital Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take over 1st and 2nd level support for M365 collaboration and IT applications
- In this role, you efficiently handle faults and service requests in support tickets
- You manage and maintain standard configurations in M365
- As a Digital Workplace Specialist, you carry out the onboarding and offboarding of M365 users
- You support operational rollouts as well as the implementation of new solutions according to specified concepts and architectures
- In this role, you train and support end users and participate in clearly defined operational project roles
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the field of computer science
- Initial practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level)
- Good knowledge of M365, especially Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Ideally familiar with Power Apps, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with internal and external customers
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
