After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

You will ensure the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimisation of CNC machining centres directly at customers' premises. In a highly autonomous environment, you will act as a local technical expert while supporting users in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC machining centres at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and automated faults.
• Perform repairs and refurbishment of equipment.
• Participate in modernisation and improvement works on machines.
• Train and advise users on best operating practices.
• Ensure technical follow-up and document interventions carried out.
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional assistance.

Candidate Profile

• Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, automation or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the CNC environment.
• Strong knowledge in diagnosis and troubleshooting of machine tools.
• Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good practical sense and problem-solving approach.
• Fluent French, with a good command of English.
• Availability for business travel and occasional overnight stays.
