On the psychosomatic medicine ward, we support people with stress and pain disorders, functional neurological disorders, as well as eating disorders. Together with our patients, we develop new strategies for managing their illness and promote their self-efficacy and quality of life. At our centre, the person and personalised care are at the heart of everything. Look forward to a varied role within a committed interprofessional team.
What to expect
- You will accompany and support patients in developing new coping strategies for dealing with complex psychosomatic illnesses
- You will promote the health literacy and self-efficacy of our patients
- You will work closely with doctors as well as professionals from psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social services and other professional groups
- You will actively contribute your nursing expertise to the interprofessional treatment and benefit from professional exchange with experts from various therapy areas
- You will take responsibility for high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Enjoyment in supporting people with complex psychosomatic conditions
- Patient, resilient and empathetic personality with high social competence
- Team spirit as well as clear and appreciative communication
- Commitment to high nursing quality and continuous development of nursing care
- Good German language skills (at least level B2)
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
