Sales Support Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF62,000 - 76,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for customer care and order coordination in the printing and media sector. You administratively support customer projects and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Receive customer enquiries and prepare individual quotations
Record orders and coordinate their processing
Accompany print orders from enquiry to delivery
Ensure coordination with customers and production
Maintain project information and monitor deadlines
Coordinate solutions in case of deviations or customer concerns
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
Experience in internal sales
Customer-oriented and communicative personality
Structured and independent working style
Organisational talent and enjoyment of teamwork
