What to expect

• Versatile and customer-oriented work with frequent telephone contact in an international environment as well as various administrative tasks in the back office
• Telephone and written information on insurance questions, products and services for insured persons abroad as well as for authorities in various languages
• Checking insurance obligation and place of residence according to KVG, VVG and the bilateral agreements
• Preparing quotes including bilateral contracts as well as premium and benefit overviews, processing insurance entries and exits and drafting foreign confirmations

What you bring

• Commercial basic training EFZ as well as several years of professional experience in the health insurance sector required. Social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
• Further training as an insurance intermediary VBV desirable or willingness to complete this
• Very good German and English skills plus Italian skills at least at level B2 (spoken and written).
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and a structured, independent and efficient way of working
• Good MS Office skills
