You operate and develop security and network infrastructures for customers
In 1st/2nd level support, you analyse faults and ensure stable operation
You actively participate in on-call duty, changes, upgrades and lifecycle activities
You optimise and automate customer services and maintain relevant documentation
Collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams is also part of the role
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and at least 3 years of professional experience in security & network
Solid experience with FortiGate and/or Palo Alto as well as LAN, WAN and WLAN
Knowledge of monitoring, ITIL as well as incident and change management
You have excellent written and spoken German and also possess very good English skills
