Role:
As a Fire Protection Service Technician, you play a crucial role in the ensuring and optimisation of life-saving fire protection systems. Your efforts ensure that fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems and other safety devices function reliably at all times. With your technical expertise, precise working style and strong customer orientation, you are responsible not only for maintenance and repair but also for professional advice and training of customers. You actively contribute to maintaining the highest safety standards and are an indispensable part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance, inspection and repair of fire protection systems and safety technology equipment
Installation and commissioning of new fire protection devices at customer sites
Troubleshooting and fault rectification to ensure flawless functionality of all systems
Advice and training of customers in the correct use and handling of fire protection technology
Testing and certification of systems in accordance with legal and normative requirements
Documentation of completed work and preparation of service reports
Regular participation in further training to expand and update expertise
On-call duty and emergency intervention to provide rapid solutions at any time
Qualifications:
Technical training as an electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
Ideally experience in fire protection, safety technology or maintenance
Sound knowledge in the installation, maintenance and testing of fire protection systems
Independent and careful working style with a high level of responsibility
Strong communication skills and teamwork for direct customer contact
Flexibility and willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site customer support
Class B driving licence for mobile service deployment
