Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Taking over 1st and 2nd level support in a Windows environment as well as support for ERP and internal tools
Processing tickets in ServiceNow until full resolution
Managing user accounts, including creation, adjustment and deletion of access rights
Reliable handling of onboarding and offboarding in the IT area
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Office and SharePoint
Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
Enjoyment of direct user contact
Willingness to perform on-call duties about six times per year
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
