Role:
In this role, you take on professional consulting around enterprise software in the ERP environment and support internal as well as external stakeholders in the optimal use of the systems. You are responsible for analysing business processes, deriving requirements from them and accompanying the implementation of suitable ERP solutions. You work closely with various departments to standardise, digitalise and continuously improve processes. You ensure a structured introduction of new functions, train users and ensure that the solutions used meet current and future requirements. With your professional know-how, you contribute significantly to sustainably increasing transparency, efficiency and quality of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- You support, maintain and further develop the group ERP Microsoft D365 F&O with a focus on supply chain management.
- In this role, you actively participate in the rollout of the group ERP and the peripheral systems to the international subsidiaries.
- You implement changes in the ERP environment and work actively on various projects.
- In this role, you work closely with departments and relevant stakeholders to implement requirements optimally.
- You identify optimisation potentials in processes and systems and develop suitable solutions, including with Power Platform and Copilot Agents.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Practical experience with ERP peripheral systems such as DMS as well as BI/BW
- Confident manner in dealing with various stakeholders and strong communication skills
- Ideally knowledge of the Power Platform and the use of Copilot Agents
- Technical affinity and a sense for current technologies
- High social competence, personal responsibility and very good German and English skills
