Your tasks
- Installation, maintenance, and monitoring of workstation systems, peripheral devices, mobile devices, servers, and network components including associated software and interfaces
- First level support and consulting for specialist departments
- Planning and implementation of IT projects including introduction and training of users
- Co-design and implementation of the digitalisation and cloud strategy
- Continuous development of IT security
- Active co-supervision of IT apprentices during their training
Our requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical education
- Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (M365, Azure) as well as in the areas of servers (Microsoft, VMware), network (Cisco, Fortigate) and common standard software
- Distinct generalist profile with experience and enjoyment of a versatile range of tasks
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High degree of independence, initiative, and personal commitment
- Quick comprehension and strong willingness to learn
- Helpful, communicative personality with enjoyment in contact with different interlocutors
