What is my role?

As an HR Specialist, you are the central point of contact for all personnel-related matters.

• Support and advice for managers and employees on all personnel-related issues

• Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle

• Accompanying change processes and supporting managers in labour law and personnel matters

• Recruitment of specialists and managers in cooperation with line managers

• Support and coordination of HR topics related to international employee assignments (assignments abroad, social security and labour law issues, as well as cooperation with internal and external contacts)

• Participation in the further development and digitalisation of HR processes as well as in cross-departmental projects

• Support of the team in administrative HR tasks as well as payroll processing

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, our client is looking for an HR professional with commercial training and

• Further training in Human Resources (HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification)

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a comparable role

• Very good knowledge of labour and social security law

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage

• Ideally experience in an international HR environment, especially in supporting employees with cross-border assignments

• Strong advisory and communication skills as well as a confident manner with managers

• Hands-on mentality: You take responsibility, get involved in day-to-day operations and appreciate the versatility of an SME environment

• High social competence, discretion and strong service orientation
