ERP Application Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
As an ERP Application Manager, you will accompany the international rollout of a cloud ERP solution and contribute to the successful integration and continuous development of subsidiaries. You will understand complex overall contexts, translate professional needs into precise requirement specifications, and develop viable solution proposals as well as well-founded decision bases. As a contact person for users, you will conduct training and support and ensure transparency and traceability with well-maintained documentation. With your analytical, networked thinking and your communicative manner, you are a valued interface in international ERP projects.
Responsibilities:
You support the international rollout of the cloud ERP solution at subsidiaries and further develop already implemented sites
You analyse overall contexts and create requirement specifications considering the technical system requirements
You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the recorded requirements
You provide user support and training in the ERP area
You maintain and complete user and system documentation
Additionally, you actively contribute your process understanding to the continuous optimisation of the ERP landscape
Qualifications:
You have completed training in business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have qualified experience and/or training in project management; knowledge of agile methods is a plus
You bring proven experience in operating and supporting an ERP system
You think analytically and in a networked way and convince as a dynamic, communicative personality
You communicate well in German and English, both spoken and written
You are willing to travel about 20%
