You listen attentively, find suitable solutions and keep an overview even in lively moments? For our Customer Centre, you are an important contact person for our customers and contribute with your commitment to an all-round positive service experience.

Your tasks

• You process registrations, changes and deregistrations of private individuals and SMEs via telephone, email, letter and online portal
• You independently and punctually answer customer enquiries and general concerns
• You carefully check and update master data according to the applicable quality and process specifications
• You handle simple complaints in a solution-oriented manner and record the most important information comprehensibly
• You advise our customers in a needs-oriented manner and recognise suitable opportunities to support them optimally with our products and services
• In addition to daily business, you take on special tasks and actively contribute to high service quality and strong customer relationships

Your profile

• A completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in customer service or an administrative role; knowledge in the energy or service sector is an advantage
• You work confidently with MS Office and common specialist applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• You work in a structured and precise manner even in lively situations and keep an overview
• Customer satisfaction is close to your heart. With customer orientation, personal responsibility and team spirit, you ensure optimal support
• You use very good German skills confidently in telephone and written communication with our customers; good French skills are an advantage
