- Support in the management of rental properties and condominium ownership
- Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
- Support for tenants, owners and other contacts
- Processing of rental contracts, terminations and tenant concerns
- Organisation and coordination of repairs and maintenance work
- Issuing and monitoring orders to craftsmen and external service providers
- Handling insurance and damage cases
- General administrative tasks in the field of property management
- Commercial training or comparable education
- Further training as a clerk in property management is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Organisational talent and strong service orientation
- Enjoyment in contact with tenants, craftsmen and business partners
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Varied and diverse activities in the real estate industry
