IT Support Specialist

These are your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our employees in 1st level support and competently assist with IT concerns
• You analyse and solve application and system problems around Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint as well as our banking software Finnova
• You take responsibility for the setup and configuration of workstations (hardware and software) and ensure that our employees are optimally equipped.
• You look after other hardware components such as printers, multifunction printers, as well as mobile devices and coordinate technician deployments
• You manage the IT warehouse and are responsible for ordering hardware and software.
• You evaluate new software solutions and accompany their introduction
• You create clear user manuals, training materials and documentation
• You plan and conduct training - remotely or on site - for our employees
• You actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of our support processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, media technician EFZ or a commercial or technical basic training with corresponding IT further education or practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support, preferably in the banking environment
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint)
• Driving licence category B is a requirement
• Experience with Finnova or comparable banking software is an advantage
• Quick comprehension as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in contact with users as well as pronounced communication and team skills
• Working on site as well as assignments in our branches in the canton of Schwyz with the possibility of home office
