Clerk for Quotation Management HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF83,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for quotation management in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. You will process customer enquiries, prepare calculations and compile technical quotations for various HVAC projects. In doing so, you will work closely with project management, sales, specialist planners and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing of quotations and calculations in the HVAC sector
Review of tenders, plans, specifications and customer enquiries
Obtaining and comparing supplier and contractor quotations
Technical and commercial order clarifications for heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects
Maintenance of calculation bases, prices and master data in the ERP system
Support for project management and sales in tendering and quotation processes
Follow-up and documentation of quotations, prices and project enquiries
Qualifications:
Completed training in building services engineering, ideally heating installer, building services planner or commercial training with HVAC experience
Professional experience in quotation management, calculation or technical internal service
Good knowledge of HVAC technology, tenders and specifications
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Very good German language skills spoken and written
