Specialist in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the entire general and subsidiary ledger accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
You prepare financial reports, KPI analyses, and decision-making bases for management
You support the CFO in budgeting, planning, and forecasting
You coordinate collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
You analyse financial developments and derive relevant recommendations for action
You further develop existing accounting and financial processes and participate in digitalisation and ERP projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as sound knowledge in preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
You work independently, in a structured and analytical manner and have a strong numerical understanding
You possess a high IT affinity and experience with ERP systems as well as digital financial processes
You have very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
