CNC Turner / Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent setup and operation of modern CNC-controlled 4-axis lathes
- Manufacture of complex individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
- Processing of demanding workpieces for customers from technologically sophisticated industries
- Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
- Performing tool changes and machine optimisations
- Ongoing quality control of manufactured components using measuring and testing equipment
- Responsibility for compliance with quality and safety standards
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or comparable technical training
- Solid expertise in machining metalworking
- Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing is an advantage
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Technical understanding and confident reading of construction drawings
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- High quality awareness and strong team spirit
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and temporarily in a 3-shift system
