What You'll Do:

• Actively engage, connect, and manage candidates and coaches, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and essential requirements.
• Conduct personalized virtual info sessions and intake meetings, and take part in group info sessions to inspire and enroll candidates into the program.
• Consistently address queries from candidates and webinar
• Assign the best-suited coaches based on the program, ensuring they receive necessary deliverables for immediate service initiation.
• Become an expert in the candidate portal, providing demos and support as needed.
• Organize and manage webinars, workshops, and assessments, setting up virtual events on the candidate portal using MS Teams and other platforms, including events with breakout rooms.
• Set up and track various psychometric reports on platforms like Hogan and MRG, ensuring candidate completion.
• Accurately input and regularly update information in our billing and client management system according to program/project requirements.
• Ensure service quality by monitoring candidate satisfaction scores, and reporting or escalating results to the Manager.
• Gather and present business and reporting data as required
• Maintain accurate forecasting and actuals in collaboration with the sales department
• Continuously seek and report efficiency improvements and innovations
