Description

• Implement, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to support enterprise applications.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and Microsoft Exchange Server/Online.
• Manage VMware vSphere infrastructures and oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of virtual environments.
• Ensure robust file server access management and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with IT security teams on identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, adhering to stringent security standards.
• Document all operational configurations and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance on system enhancements and upgrades.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, with extensive knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Proficient in managing DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Server environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage file server access and security settings.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders.
• You are available immediately.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Prior experience in a consulting role or working within large, complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and certification.
