Your new responsibilities 

  • Create and disseminate engaging content about AI and innovation, including presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications
  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides that simplify complex IT and AI concepts
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and webinars to educate stakeholders on AI and innovation projects
  • Act as a liaison between IT teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, address needs, and ensure effective communication
  • Collaborate with IT and AI teams to create compelling content for the website, social media, and internal portals, and assist in the development of case studies showcasing AI solutions
  • Conduct research on industry trends and new technologies to inform communication strategies
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and communications metrics to improve content and engagement
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely communications aligned with project timelines, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Your skills 

  • Currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in a bachelor's or master's degree program in communications, marketing, information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong curiosity about AI, innovation, and technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and IT terminology is helpful
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Available for a minimum of 1 year
