We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and third-party platforms. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage email campaigns and contribute to SEO projects to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement omni-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with brand identity, product offerings, and target demographics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaign schedules and ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Work closely with creative team members (graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, etc.) to produce engaging and impactful campaign assets
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead SEO efforts within the marketing team, including setting targets, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and SEO

Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for brands
  • Strong passion for marketing, brand storytelling, and advertising
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a keen attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Expertise in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, with hands-on experience in content management systems (CMS) preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
