For one of our clients, a multinational based in canton de Vaud, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities
  • Analyze revenue streams and margins to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed revenue and margin reports to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop insights from financial data to support business decisions.
  • Monitor budget variances, particularly related to revenue and margins, and report on financial performance.
  • Conduct financial modeling and drive actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to gather financial information and understand business drivers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing or holding certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in a multinational environment (preferably manufacturing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to deal with large amount of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
