We are currently opening our offices in Geneva, Switzerland and we are recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager.

We are looking for a Senior RM to grow our group in Geneva.

Job description:

  • Develop his own client portfolio and ensure proactive and quality follow-up of your customers,
  • Expertise on Indian and Middle Eastern Clients - Capacity to onboard new custumers from the mentioned region
  • Ability to originate, coordinate and close corporate transactions in partnership with existing banking partners
  • Create and maintain the necessary network for the acquisition of new clients,
  • Identify new business opportunities, collaborate on deal execution
  • Provide personalised advice and offer tailor-made solutions and services to your customers, constantly seeking their satisfaction,
  • Deal directly with customers and provide bespoke hedging solutions that fit their commercial activities
  • Working knowledge of structured lending transactions
  • Successful completion of luxury asset financings, real estate financings and other types of structured lending transactions to satisfy client's needs
  • Informs customers to the full understanding of the hedging tools’ benefits and risks
  • Develop strong client relationships and manage their portfolio
  • Ability to originate, coordinate and close various structured lending/credit transactions for clients
  • Make initial assessments on customers’ financial statements
  • Promote and manage ongoing needs of clients across the private banking, commercial banking and corporate & investment banking needs
  • Good understanding of FX and economic influences driving the market to explain to all level of clients
  • Work closely with other members of the relationship team to identify and bring new business opportunities along with maintaining current revenue
  • Implement management KPI’s to provide a more accurate and realistic performance analysis
  • Implement and maintain a CRM control to better serve our clients and enhance our prospects efficiency
  • Ensure a strong Risk & Control framework is maintained with an ongoing focus on adherence to KYC, AML, PEP and Reputational Risk standards
  • You build a trusting and lasting relationship with your client.
  • Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers (locally and regionally) to ensure coordinated management of client relationships

Key qualification for the role:

  • Excellent experience in the domain
  • Capabilities to work with a lots of information and to anaylse and work efficiently
  • Requires Bachelors in Finance, Economics or business degree
  • Credit Training a plus
  • Understanding of international economy and markets
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Private Banking with corporate banking knowledge and successful completion of corporate finance transactions
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to influence top business leadership mainly shareholders and business owners
  • Capacity to work with a new team and participate in the developement of the firm
  • Speaking lanquages required English
