Role Description

We are looking for a resource with at least 3 years' experience in the digital communication sector, who will be responsible for the coordination, execution, control and completion of projects (website, landing page, mobile, online adv campaigns, Google products and services, social media, events) for an important international client. He must be able to relate to the client, each of its stakeholders, external partners such as the media agency. o He will also have to coordinate the work team and ensure the quality and delivery times. o The work will be carried out in a hybrid manner.

Role Description

He must be able to relate to the client, each of its stakeholders, external partners such as the media agency.

He will also have to coordinate the work team and ensure the quality and delivery times.

The work will be carried out in a hybrid manner.

Tasks

Acquire data and information from the team or directly from the customer

Define the project team, kick-off and lead the brainstorming phase

Monitor the project from the initial phase to the delivery phase, defining all the intermediate steps and facilitating the smooth running of the activities

Empower all project actors, monitoring the KPIs defined in the initial phase

Prepare project progress reports at the request of the reference manager

Rapid management of critical issues and forecasting of results

Requirements

Experience gained in communication agencies in digital or similar role

Experience in e-commerce and management of adv campaigns

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Digital background and basic knowledge of IT

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to work in a team

Excellent ability to relate to the customer

Sense of responsibility towards the project and the team

Knowledge of CRM and CMS management
