Technician – Bid Management (m/f)

Aufgaben

  • Technical support for the project manager
  • Monitoring of submission platforms and pre-selection of tenders
  • First point of contact for enquiries
  • Maintaining our internal Group tools for tender management and internal approvals
  • Preparation and creation of various documents, presentations, etc. as well as updating / maintaining project lists
  • Day-to-day support for the Bid Office team
  • Ongoing activities for the preparation of bid documents
  • Support in the creation/updating/comparison of pre-qualification data and certificates
  • Creation and maintenance of a subcontractor directory
  • After successful familiarization, independent review, clarification and processing of bid requests and tender documents
  • Timely submission of bids and tenders of the highest quality in terms of form and content


Qualifikationen

  • Technical education
  • Basic commercial understanding
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in dealing with content management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills, team orientation and organisational skills
  • High level of commitment, punctuality, accuracy and reliability, as well as an independent way of working
